Whilton Arts Community

Creativity has been in my life from those formative days growing up on the edge of the Yorkshire Pennines. Today I pursue my own art, as well as tutoring workshops within the county. I currently lead a regular art group within the village of Whilton.

My practice  revolves around the landscape, but not the whole vista, only parts of  the view, those appealing bits that offer an opportunity to incorporate  imagination and different perspectives. 

I have been using cameras since I was a child and I now use a variety of photographic techniques to create abstract and figurative work, with an emphasis on the landscape.
